All Buildings are designed and fabricated in conformance with the requirements of the AMERICAN INSTITUTE of STEEL CONSTRUCTION, the AMERICAN IRON and STEEL INSTITUTE, and the METAL BUILDING MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION.
CONSTRUCTION: Framing of buildings is prefabricated all steel construction. All field connections are bolted; no welding or cutting in the field is required on the framing members. Purlins and girts are cold-formed steel channels or zees.
SHEETING, TRIM and FINISH: Sheeting and trim are 26 gauge bonderized galvanized steel. Painted sheets and trim are phosphate treated and have a baked-on acrylic finish. Sheet fasteners are colored to match the sheet finish and are zinc plated with neoprene washers. The fasteners are self-drilling and tapping and require no pre-drilling of the structure.
MATERIALS FURNISHED: In addition to the framing, sheets and trim, all buildings are furnished complete with connection bolts, sheet fasteners, and downspouts. Windows, doors, vents, and other options are available upon request.
No electrical, plumbing, heating or air conditioning materials or services are included.
